Cooking with red marinade Indian spices

200g natural yoghurt
6 large garlic cloves crushed
1 tablespoon of garam masala
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
2 tablespoons of lemon Juice
1/2 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of tandoori paste
1/4 teaspoon of red red powder
Add meat, mix well, cover and leave to sit in the fridge for 6 to 24 hrs

If you want the chicken to have that restaurant red tandoori look, use the red powder.
If you want the orange Tika look use 1/4 teaspoon of egg yellow powder
